Q:How will Amphibious Boats determine the best resellers to meet their needs?

 A;Selected dealers will be chosen with respect to their genuine interest in Sealegs Boats, good corporate citizenship, quality leadership, business structure, sales approach, service capabilities, home base and location.

 Q;  Will Amphibious Boats Canada be setting up a “brick & mortar” establishment offering sales and service to Sealegs Boats in Canada.

A; Presently we have been carrying out direct sales via boat shows, planned/ announced demos and publication advertising. We have discussed the possibility of having a “brick and mortar” establishment, however in order to reach the large potential Canadian customer base, we realize the best way is via reliable and established boat dealerships.

 Q; Will Amphibious Boats Canada be in direct competition with its resellers?

A;  No, we will direct our business dealings with respect to Sealegs Amphibious Boats towards supporting our resellers. We will continuously seek out better ways to assist our dealers/agents through promotion, distribution and service of this product and most certainly direct any sales inquiries towards dealers.

 Q;Will Amphibious Boats Canada consider placing Sealegs Boats on consignment within dealer establishments.

 A; The answer here is a yes and no response. No, due to the high cost of these boats it would be financially very difficult and not a very good business practice for us to do this. We do not bring boats in from Sealegs NZ on consignment. With regard to a `yes` response to this question, if we have a boat available in a specific area we would most certainly consider offering it to our local distributor with regard to having the boat in their showroom. (Further information on this process is available if this scenario does come to fruition).

  Q; How many models of Sealegs boats are there.

A: Currently there are 3 models, the 6.1m RIB, 6.1m all aluminum D-Tube and a 7.1m RIB.

 Q; How would Amphibious Boats Canada support its re- sellers.

 A;We will continue with publication advertising of ourselves and Sealegs in our choice of related publication outlets. 

 Resellers who advertise locally will benefit from receiving free of charge `ready to print art work` of Sealegs Boats (this is our limitation and financial obligation with respect to local advertising). 

 We will provide resellers with their first 250 Amphibious Boats Canada and Sealegs high quality brochures and handouts. Future brochures and hand out literature for you and as needed can be purchased through us at our cost.

 We will provide a link to your dealership on our web site (yet to be completed).

 We will remove all the aspects involved as to the administration of boat sales by taking care of invoicing, ordering, importing the boats from NZ and into Canada, pre-pay all freight and duty charges and arrange for shipping to your establishment  within Canada. All related charges with respect to freight; shipping and duty will in the end be at the cost of the customer.

 We will have an open book policy with regard to administrating your sales transactions and will provide you with hard copies of all final sales transactions with respect to your customers purchase. We will also offer promotional and incentive bonuses to chosen dealers through awards for sales and future sales.
